Mayank Jain is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in SAP consulting, currently serving as a Senior SAP Consultant at Innovapost since May 2020, where responsibilities include S/4 HANA support and maintenance for the SAP ECC landscape. Prior to Innovapost, Mayank held the role of IT Specialist at IBM from August 2015 to May 2020, participating in projects such as support for the Province of Nova Scotia and leading S/4 HANA upgrades for Pepsico. Early career roles included various positions at Dalhousie University, where Mayank contributed to security services, library operations, and academic assistance, as well as an IT Business Analyst/SAP Basis Consultant role at Genuine Soft Technologies. Mayank began a professional journey as an Engineer in Training at Tata Communications. Mayank holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology.
