Megan Costello has over twenty years of work experience in a variety of roles. Megan began their career as a Consultant at Advanse International in 2001 and then moved on to become a Special Projects Coordinator at CodeRyte, Inc. in 2005. From 2008 to 2020, Megan held a number of roles at Crimson Hexagon, starting as a Professional Services Consultant and ending as SVP - Global Customer Experience. In 2013, they volunteered for Barros for Mayor and held two positions at Panorama Education, Director of Strategic Projects and Director of Client Services. In 2020, they became the Director of Client Success at UpMetrics, and in 2022 they are serving as an Advisor for High Alpha Innovation, Chief Operating Officer for Fulcrum Workforce Solutions, and a Head of Go to Market (Consultant) for Glimpse.

Megan Costello attended Wheaton College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA in Political Science & Spanish. Megan then attended Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an MA in International Relations and International Economics. Finally, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2006 to 2007, where they earned an MBA.
