Matviy Dukh is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruiter at Ajax Systems since April 2023, focusing on security system solutions. In addition to this role, Dukh has been a Career Counselor for the LGBT+ community at NGO FULCRUM UA since August 2022, specializing in strategic career development. As an Ambassador for The Ukrainians Media since April 2021, Dukh highlights important narratives within Ukrainian history. Previous experience includes leading the recruitment team at skillreveal, working as a Recruitment Specialist at GlobalLogic, and directing the Admissions Office at Ukrainian Catholic University, where successful recruitment strategies were implemented. Dukh has also served as CEO of the Lviv branch of Plast, fostering organizational growth and team engagement. Matviy Dukh holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
