David Morris has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at Fulcrum Construction since August 2013. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, estimating, cost management, design, team building, negotiating, city permits, utility coordination, safety, employee training, and delivering presentations. Prior experience includes working as a Superintendent at SD Deacon from 2008 to 2012, focusing on bidding assistance and managing multiple remodel and ground-up projects on-site. David's education includes attendance at Fullerton College and Golden West College, as well as completion of high school at Frankfort High School.
