David Santiago Iriarte Z has had a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. David Santiago started their career in 2011 as an Ingeniero de Sistemas at IZ sas, where they were responsible for maintenance, development of information systems, network design, and CCTV systems. In 2016, they joined Ocobosoft as a Software Developer. Following this, they worked at Condor Labs from 2017 to 2020, initially as an Android Developer and later as Engineering Technical Lead. In 2020, they joined Globant as a Sr Android Engineer before moving on to Volvo Cars in 2022 and Milwaukee Tool in 2021, where they worked as an Android Engineer (Consultant) in both companies. David Santiago is currently employed at Fulcrum as a Mobile Engineer starting from March 2023.

David Santiago Iriarte Z began their education in 2009 at the Instituto Colombiano de Aprendizaje INCAP, where they pursued two technical degrees. From 2009 to 2010, they completed the degree in "Tecnico en Mantenimiento y Administracion de Redes" with a specialization in network administration and systems management. During the same period, they also obtained the degree in "Tecnico Manejo y Programacion de Computadores" with a focus on software development and multimedia applications.

In 2010, David Santiago Iriarte Z enrolled at the Universidad de Ibagué and pursued a degree in "Ingeniería de Sistemas" with a specialization in "Ingeniería informática." David Santiago completed this degree in 2016, indicating a six-year duration of study.

Additionally, David Santiago Iriarte Z holds two certifications from Google Developers. In January 2018, they obtained the "Associate Android Developer" certification, demonstrating their proficiency in Android development. David Santiago further expanded their expertise by acquiring the "Associate Android Developer (Kotlin)" certification in June 2021, specifically showcasing their skills in Android development using the Kotlin programming language.
