Marina Martinez is an experienced communications professional with a background in advocacy, digital media, and fundraising. Currently serving as a Communications Assistant at the US-UK Fulbright Commission since January 2023, Marina previously held positions including Communications & Digital Media Manager and Communications and Media Development Fellow at Vote Run Lead. In addition, Marina served as Vice President and Fundraising Coordinator for Girl Up Edinburgh, facilitating educational initiatives and managing fundraising events aimed at supporting women's issues. Marina began their career with Arizona List as a Summer Intern, focusing on social media campaign strategies and voter outreach. Marina holds an MA (Honours) in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh and has also studied at The American University of Paris.
