Paul Schilling has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Paul currently holds the position of Sr. Genomics Data Manager at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics since July 2020. Before that, they worked at Roche NimbleGen Inc. as a Software Engineer IV. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at Davon, Inc. as a Software Engineer / Database Administrator. Prior to that, they served as a Software Consultant at Qwest Communications from 1996 to 1997. Paul also worked as a Software Consultant at Greenbrier & Russel (now Fujitsu Consulting) from 1995 to 1996. In addition, they were a Software Engineer / Unix Systems Administrator at Full Compass Systems, where they programmed in C and performed various IT tasks from 1994 to 1995. Before joining Full Compass Systems, they worked as a Software Development Intern at DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) in 1990.

Paul Schilling attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
