Sohel Ansari has worked in the IT industry for over 14 years. In 2006, they began as a Tier 2 Desktop/Portables for Dell USA Tech Support with Wipro PVT LTD, India. In 2010, they moved to British Telecom (BT) UK Process Wipro PVT LTD, India, where they worked as a Tier 2 Technical Help Desk. In 2016, they joined Fugetron corporations as a Technical Support Manager, where they managed Empire private security projects. In 2019, they moved to eCivis as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for providing IT support, performing IT troubleshooting, managing the IT service desk, preparing IT equipment, maintaining an inventory of IT equipment, managing phone systems, onboarding new employee accounts, managing Active Directory, assisting in IT task automation, providing documentation and maintenance of help documents, and planning for equipment updates and future employee needs. Currently, they are with Fugetron Corporation as an Operations Manager, managing three projects for different clients, and managing a Support Team, Helpdesk Team, and Technical support team with a strength of 13. Sohel is also responsible for managing the complete setup for a process from hiring, process training, and other requirements as per the client's needs.
