Victor Congionti currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security at FuelCell Energy since October 2023. Previously, Victor held the role of Director of Cyber Security at Proven Data from January 2011 to January 2025, leading cross-functional teams of over 25 professionals and safeguarding more than $100 million in digital assets through a comprehensive security strategy. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Information Technology Security Analyst at Hartford Steam Boiler, where Victor managed security incidents and oversaw various security domains, and as a Senior Systems Access Analyst at Travelers, where Victor improved onboarding processes significantly. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology and Business from Western New England University and completed a program in Music Theory and Composition at Berklee College of Music in 2019.
