Barbara Dutton has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Barbara is currently working at FuelCell Energy, where they started in 2011. Barbara has held various roles in the company, including Vice President, Corporate Controller and Corporate Controller. Prior to FuelCell Energy, they worked at Arch Chemicals as Manager, Accounting and Consolidations, where they were responsible for monthly close activities and led projects related to XBRL implementation and lease and restructuring. Barbara also worked at Sikorsky as Manager, Financial Reporting, where they led financial statement consolidation and reporting to the United Technologies Corporation Controllers Department. Barbara worked at Chemtura Corporation as a Financial Accounting Manager, handling external and internal financial reporting and implementing new accounting pronouncements. Barbara started their career at KPMG Audit, where they were promoted to Manager and was responsible for coordinating staffing, review of work performed by staff, and analysis of various accounting issues.

Barbara Dutton holds a BS degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
