Robert Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of process engineering. Robert most recently worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Fuel Tech, Inc. since January 2020. Previously, from 2018 to 2019, they held the same position at Ecogensus.

Robert's work experience also includes serving as a Product Manager at Amec Foster Wheeler from 2014 to 2016, where they had various responsibilities such as creating design standards, writing technical manuals, training international licensees, and providing technical advice.

Prior to that, they briefly worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems America in 2014 and at AMEC Inc in 2013.

From 2012 to 2013, Robert worked as a Senior Process Engineer at EdeniQ Inc.

Robert spent a significant portion of their career at Alstom Power, Inc. where they worked as a Senior Process Engineer from 2000 to 2011. In this role, they performed lead process engineer duties for major power utility contracts.

Robert's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Process Engineer at Thermatrix Inc from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on air pollution control for pharmaceutical plant emissions, and as a Process Engineering Manager at Walker Engineering Limited from 1990 to 1997, overseeing combustion technology and supporting projects in the fields of water and wastewater treatment and steel treatment.

Robert Williams completed their B.Eng in Biochemical Engineering from the University College of Swansea in 1989. Robert then pursued an M.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 1993. Robert continued their education at the University of Wales, where they earned their Ph.D in Chemical Engineering in 1997.
