Prior to this, Jon served as the SVP of Global Operations at Mashgin, where strategic initiatives enhanced operational efficiency and talent development. With a strong background in service strategy and P&L management as VP of Global Services at Standard Cognition, Jon has also held significant roles at CCIntegration, Splitspend.com, RetailNext, Macy's, and CNBC, showcasing expertise in process enhancements, team development, and cost reduction. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University.
