Previous roles include overseeing PV installations, coordinating team transitions during company acquisitions, and managing operations with a focus on customer service and process optimization. Erwin's experience also includes a management traineeship at Wolters Kluwer and Young Colfield, as well as a role as a Telephonic Mortgage Advisor at ING.
