Elhadji Malick Sy is a seasoned kitchen management professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry since 2008. Currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Fudpuckers of Destin Inc and AJ's Seafood and Oyster Bar, Elhadji has also held positions as Restaurant Lead/MIT at Uncle Buck's Fishbowl and Grill and Expert Cook at Applebee's.
