Ezgi Arslantay has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Project Management Intern at Siemens IT Solutions and Services. Ezgi then worked as a Part-Time Consultant at TNO Science and Industry in 2010. In 2012, they joined Rocket Internet GmbH as a Business Analyst, where they contributed to the early phases of Mizado.com and Zidaya.com. From 2012 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Vodafone, including Senior Associate Marketing Manager and Associate Marketing Manager. Ezgi then joined The Walt Disney Company as a Partnerships Manager from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Marketing & Brand Strategy Leader at MEXT. In 2021, they became the Managing Partner at WeBrand. Ezgi is currently a Co-Founder at fucimo, starting in 2023. Ezgi Arslantay is also a member of The Old Girls Club since 2023.

Ezgi Arslantay holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Operations Management from Eindhoven University of Technology, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. Ezgi also participated in an exchange semester at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, completed from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Ezgi Arslantay has obtained certifications in "Cultivating Creative Collaboration" from IDEO and "World Class Employer Branding" from Employer Branding Academy in 2022 and 2021 respectively.
