Richard Singer is a highly experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in advanced materials and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at FTS International, LLC since July 2017, Richard provides technical analysis and consulting services. As Director of Programs at Tiger Innovations, Inc. since May 2015, responsibilities include program management, proposal development, and business development. Previously, Richard held senior leadership positions at Orbital Sciences Corporation, including Senior Director of the Advanced Technology Laboratory, overseeing a significant R&D portfolio. Richard has also contributed to the United States Department of Defense and Rockwell Scientific Company, delivering critical technical support and innovation in electronic materials. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electronic Materials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
