Carolyn Hoover is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in systems development and support, particularly in the Internet domain registry sector. Since August 2014, Carolyn has served as a consultant for both Carolyn T. Hoover LLC and fTLD Registry Services LLC. Prior to this, Carolyn held the position of CEO at DotCooperation LLC from May 2001 to June 2014, and spent over 25 years at American Management Systems in various roles, including Manager of Customer Support. Carolyn Hoover earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 1972 and 1975.
