Samantha Rumpsa currently serves as the Salesforce Support Manager and was previously an Account Executive for the Northeast Region and Georgia at FTL Finance since December 2014, focusing on training contractors and distributor partners. Prior experience includes roles as Training and Marketing Coordinator and CSR at O'Charley's, Bartender at Ann Taylor LOFT, and Event Operator at Game World Event Services, where supervision of games and equipment monitoring were key responsibilities. Additionally, Samantha worked as a Student Reporter at KBIA Radio, covering local news and writing stories. Samantha Rumpsa earned a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2011.
