Ty Davis currently serves as a Manager and previously held the position of Senior Analyst II in the Global HR Analytics Division at FTI Consulting, starting in May 2022. With a diverse background in strategic analysis and planning, Ty has held key roles at organizations such as HomeServe USA and Spectrum, where responsibilities included budgeting, performance reporting, and policy implementation for research divisions. Ty also contributed as a Board Member on the Finance and Nominating Committee for the Stamford Public Education Foundation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Analytics & Strategy from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport.
