Shubho Ghosh is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, co-leading the Digital Transformation and Revenue Transformation practices since July 2023. Prior to FTI, Shubho served as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Verizon Business from August 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included driving strategic direction and overseeing five business unit strategy teams. Shubho was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group from June 2014 to July 2021, focusing on revenue transformation and large-scale change within the Technology, Media & Telecom sectors. Earlier experience includes an Engagement Manager role at McKinsey & Company, where Shubho led corporate development projects across various industries, and as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank. Shubho holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Diplom in International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University.
