Jeremy Schulman is a Senior Consultant in M&A and Activism Defense at FTI Consulting, having started in January 2024. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Gagnier Communications from July 2018 to December 2023. Jeremy also gained experience as an intern at Joele Frank in 2017 and at Ipreo in 2016, where responsibilities included assisting corporate clients with capital markets software and researching analyst reports and shareholder information. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2018.
