Barbara Zietek is a seasoned Senior Manager for Strategy and Operations at FTI Consulting, with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly within the public sector. Prior roles include serving as an Independent Contractor at ERS Consulting, a Management Consultant at North Highland, and various management positions within the High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd project in the UK, where Barbara achieved significant financial risk reductions and managed strategic partnerships. Barbara also contributed to the UK Treasury’s Operational Efficiency Program at QCA and began a career in education as a teaching assistant for the Spanish Ministry of Education. An educational background includes a BA in Hispanic Literature and World Religions from McGill University.
