Patrick M. Cook has served as the Chief Financial Officer at FTC Solar since July 2019. Immediately prior to this, Patrick worked in the corporate finance division of Dot Foods. From 2011 to 2017, he held multiple positions at SunEdison, including Vice President of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance, and Treasurer of the Solar Energy Business Division. From 2006 to 2011, he was in several leadership roles within Bank of America’s Structured Finance division, including Vice President of Structured Finance. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and quantitative methods from Bradley University.
