Sean Y.H. Chen has a diverse educational background. Sean Y.H. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University between 2009 and 2013. Sean Y.H. then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick from 2013 to 2014.
