Xiaoling Liu currently serves as the General Manager/Director of the Human Resources Department at Frontier Services Group, overseeing HR matters for the company and its nearly 20 overseas subsidiaries since January 2022. Xiaoling is responsible for formulating HR strategies, policies, and guidelines while ensuring compliance as a publicly listed entity in Hong Kong. Prior to this role, Xiaoling held various managerial positions at Frontier Services Group from July 2017 to December 2020 and gained extensive HR project experience at Novozymes and other companies. Xiaoling's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Anhui University.
