Retha Stander is a Senior Legislation Manager at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority since 2019. Prior to this, Retha worked as a Senior legal adviser at the Financial Services Board since November 1998. Retha holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, obtained in 1991, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria, earned in 1986.
