Åsmund Heen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and CFO at Frydenbø Group since October 2018, Åsmund also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at WATERCIRCLES FORSIKRING ASA and previously chaired Sarsia Seed until April 2024. Additional board memberships include Investinor and Holberg Fondene. Prior roles encompass acting CEO at Frydenbø Industri AS and various positions at Sparebanken Vest, including Director, Head of Treasury and Senior Risk Analyst. Åsmund's early career included risk analysis work at London Business School and Fauchier Partners Ltd. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Finance and a CEFA from the Norwegian School of Economics, along with a Master's in Management and Finance from SKEMA Business School and a BSc in Computer Science and Maths from the University of Bergen.
