Benoist Avril has been working in the industry since 2007, starting as a Process Implementation Engineer at Ineos. In 2012, they joined FRX Polymers, Inc. as Plant Manager and then as Production and Maintenance Supervisor. In their most recent role at FRX Polymers, Inc., they serve as Pilot Plant Manager, managing a team of 15 people, following daily production to ensure smooth and safe operation, and optimizing the process to increase production yield, quality, and uptime.

Benoist Avril attended Ecole nationale supérieure des industries chimiques de Nancy from 2004 to 2007, where they earned an engineer degree in chemical and process engineering. Benoist also attended Hochschule Mannheim from 2005 to 2006, where they completed a Diplomarbeit in Chemical engineering.
