Additional experience includes positions as HR Director at Asamer Baustoffe AG and Head of Human Resources at Zementwerk LEUBE GmbH and DACHSER Austria GmbH. Zitz also worked as a single entrepreneur trainer and served as the Head of Human Resources at Quehenberger Logistics GmbH and Assistant Head of Human Resources at Stieglbrauerei Salzburg early in the career.
