Rostem Hairedin has a rich and varied work experience. Rostem founded Novron in 2006 and served as the Founder & Chairman. In 2002, they co-founded Bashcell, a successful regional mobile operator in Russia, where they held the position of CEO until 2005. Rostem then joined Sonera in 1997 as a Director and became a member of the Turkcell International Management Group, overseeing several mobile operator companies in Turkey and Eurasia. Rostem also served as a member of the board for Moldcell, Geocell, Azercell, and Kcell GSM. In 1998, they joined Turkcell's International Management Board, contributing to the growth of the Turkcell/Finntur group as the largest mobile operator conglomerate in the region. In 2011, Rostem ventured into entrepreneurship again and founded Frumatic, a software solutions company specializing in cutting-edge designs. Recently, in 2022, they assumed the role of Chairman at the Finland - Turkey Business Guild. Throughout their career, Rostem has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional work.
Rostem Hairedin completed their education at two different universities. From 1992 to 1993, they attended the University of Oregon, focusing on Business Administration. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration at Bilkent University from 1994 to 1997.
