Camila León Latorre has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Camila worked at Frubana as the Employee Experience & Communications Lead, where they focused on internal client relationships, onboarding and offboarding processes, brand strategy, and external communications. Camila also served as the Talent Development and Learning Lead at Frubana, where they created and implemented training programs, led internal communication efforts, and focused on cultural change and engagement strategies. Additionally, Camila worked at Tú SIRVES as the Director of Volunteer Network, overseeing various programs and partnerships related to vulnerable communities. Camila also had a role at Talento Nutresa as a Business Analyst, where they identified potential customers and managed sales for alternative business ventures. Camila gained research experience as an intern at Alpina and as an assistant researcher and monitor at Universidad de los Andes. Lastly, they worked as a Junior Consultant at ConsultAndes S.A. at Clínica La Sabana.

Camila León Latorre has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Digital Transformation from EUDE Business School, which they completed in 2024. Camila previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, where they focused on Business Law from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Camila has earned several certifications. Camila completed courses on "LinkedIn Recruiter" from LinkedIn, "Human Talent Management" from the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, "Human Talent Management" from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and "Management of People and Teams" from IESE Business School - University of Navarra through Coursera, all in the year 2020.
