Erin Whittle is an experienced professional in business improvement and recruitment, currently serving as the Group Business Improvement Manager at FRS Network since July 2023. Erin oversees business improvement projects across various entities within the organization, which employs over 2,000 individuals across 60 locations in Ireland. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at FRS Recruitment, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment marketing, operational excellence, and client experience. Additional roles include consulting positions at Korn Ferry Futurestep and Deloitte Australia, focusing on recruitment process outsourcing and contractor management, respectively. Erin also has extensive background in HR transformation and recruitment consultancy across multiple industries, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree from RMIT University.
