Katsiaryna Hilgendorff has extensive experience in financial operations, currently serving as an Operations Controller at FRoSTA AG since September 2020, following a role as Trainee in Controlling and Business Processes. Prior experience includes an Assistant position in Assurance and Audit Services at EY and an internship in Accounting and Controlling at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Bremen GmbH. Katsiaryna also completed an internship as an Audit Assistant at Gräwe & Partner. Academically, Katsiaryna holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Finance and Accounting from HSB Hochschule Bremen, a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management from EM Normandie Business School, and a Diploma in Romance-Germanic Philology from Belarusian State University.
