Shash Nambiar is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Global Director, Talent Acquisition at Frost & Sullivan since July 2022, after starting as interim lead in October 2022. Prior to this role, Shash held various positions at Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific, culminating as Talent Acquisition Lead for APAC & Europe from September 2014 to November 2022. Shash's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Practice Lead at Talent2, Senior Consultant at Paradigm Search Sdn Bhd, and Consultant at Work Solutions HRT Sdn Bhd. The career began as a Human Resources Specialist at Appco UK. Shash holds a Master of Business Management from the University of Ballarat, a Certified Talent & Development Manager from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management, and completed a program at Harvard University in December 2020.
