Eszter Boczan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer research and behavioral science. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Research for Europe at Frost & Sullivan since February 2023, Eszter assists clients in decision-making through research and consultancy. Prior experience includes Global Head of Behavioural Sciences at Kantar (May 2020 - February 2023), where responsibilities encompassed managing behavioral sciences practices aligned with company strategy. As the Behavioural Lab & Qual Lead at GfK (February 2017 - May 2020), Eszter led qualitative offerings, strategic planning, and business development. Previous roles also include Associate Director at Ipsos and consulting positions at Bryter and Nielsen, focusing on client relationship management, qualitative research, and neuroscience projects. Eszter holds two Master of Science degrees in Cognitive Science and Decision Making and Organisational Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University.
