Aanchal Chauhan has a comprehensive work experience in various HR roles. Aanchal started their career as a Sr Officer HR at CYIL from 2007 to 2009. Aanchal then joined Gemalto as an HR Administrator from September 2009 to September 2010. Aanchal then worked at Vocollect as a Human Resource Generalist from November 2010 to July 2012. Currently, they are the Head HR at Frost International Limited since September 2013.

Aanchal Chauhan began their education at Army School, where they completed their XII with a focus on Science. Aanchal then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Panjab University from 2002 to 2005. Aanchal continued their education at Army Institute of Management, Delhi, where they obtained their MBA degree in HR from 2005 to 2007. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they attended Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia, to earn a Certificate in Organizational Learning with a specialization in the same field.
