Lance Pate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and marketing analytics. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Technical Lead at Frost since January 2023, Lance previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Marketing Analytics at SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Services, where responsibilities included report automation and data warehouse migration to AWS Redshift. With a solid foundation in marketing operations at VELO3D, Lance has developed reporting systems with Power BI and managed both operational improvements and advanced analytics initiatives in previous roles at TriggerPoint, VAC Construction, and Tesoro Corporation. Lance’s educational background includes a Master of Agribusiness from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Stephen F. Austin State University.
