Elisabeth Friese is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and commercial education. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Success at FrontRunnerHC since April 2023, Elisabeth has previously held senior roles at NeoGenomics Laboratories for over 14 years, including Executive Director of Commercial Education & Effectiveness. Additional experience includes positions at Prometheus and TAP Pharmaceuticals, where Elisabeth contributed to sales training and technical sales. Elisabeth holds a BA in Business and French from Ripon College and has furthered education at the University of Phoenix and Sciences Po.
