Olga Lutsyk serves as a Programme Officer for Programme Development at ICF International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine. With experience in this role from 2005 to 2008, Olga contributed to the development and implementation of programs aimed at addressing HIV/AIDS-related challenges in Ukraine.
