Michele's experience also includes serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Cannonball Kids' Cancer Foundation, advocating for innovative research in childhood cancer treatments. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at TravelTab, Vice President of Talent Management at Frontline Performance Group, and managerial positions at Randstad and Ajilon Finance. Michele's career began in the cosmetics department at Nordstrom. Michele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.
