William Campbell began their work experience as a Military personnel in the United States Marine Corps in September 1994. William held this role until November 2018. In November 2018, William joined Frontline Insurance as a Product Owner, where they are currently employed.

William Campbell's education history includes a high school diploma obtained from Ouachita Christian School between 1990 and 1994. William later pursued higher education and earned an associate's degree in Military History from American Military University from 2008 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, William has obtained various certifications related to Scrum and product ownership. These certifications include the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2021, the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) in June 2020, and the Certified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner (CSP-PO) from Scrum Alliance in April 2023.
