Alicia Lenzini is an experienced professional in catastrophe operations and claims management, currently serving as the Director of Catastrophe Operations at Frontline Insurance since September 2024. Prior to this position, Lenzini was a Delivery Senior Manager at Allstate, where coordination of onshore and offshore claims personnel enhanced virtual claims processing. With a strong background at Farmers Insurance, Lenzini held roles including National Strategy and Process Lead, National Zone Claims Manager for the Catastrophe Response Team, and Territory Field Claims Manager, significantly improving claims processing efficiency and employee engagement during multiple catastrophic events. Lenzini began the career as a Catastrophe Claims Supervisor before serving as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
