Martin Chamberlain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Martin started off as a Computer Programmer at Geac in 1994. Martin then joined Microsoft and held various positions including Software Design Engineer in Test, Test Lead, Senior Test Manager, and Senior Software Design Engineer in Test. In 2014, they joined School Improvement Network as Director QA, where they were responsible for leading a team of QA professionals and ensuring quality releases of Edivation and its companion products. Currently, they are an Engineering Manager at Frontline Education, starting in 2019.

Martin Chamberlain attended the University of Utah from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
