Edward M. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Edward'smost recent position was as a Client Support Specialist at Frontline Education, where they led a team in providing customer support and resolving technical issues. Edward also trained team members in multiple online programs and platforms. Prior to that, they worked as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Charter High School for Architecture and Design, where they taught US history and focused on developing students' academic skills. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager at Fry's Spring Station, where they coordinated employees and ensured a positive customer experience. Additionally, Edward has experience as an English Language Teacher in both Georgian-American High School and Teach and Learn with Georgia, where they taught conversational English and worked on curriculum development. Edward also worked as a Sales Associate at Trader Joe's and as an Assistant Supervisor at Urban Nutrition Initiative. In the past, they taught at Prayas Juvenile Center and Vidya Sanskar School, where they taught various subjects and implemented innovative teaching strategies.

Edward M. began their education in 2005 at the University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History. Edward completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. In 2016, they enrolled at the University of Virginia to obtain a Master of Teaching degree, specializing in Secondary Social Studies Education. Edward completed this program in 2018.
