Thuanny Hamilton has held various roles in their work experience. From January to May 2015, they worked as a server at La Fresca. From November 2013 to November 2017, they were a small business owner at International Market LLC. Since September 2018, they have been working as a Trainer and Compliance Coordinator at Frontline Asset Strategies.

Thuanny Hamilton attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Thuanny received a degree in Business during their time at the college. In May 2018, Thuanny obtained a certification as a Business Generalist from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
