Jan-Helge Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and technical support. Holding various roles at Frontkom since January 2012, Jan-Helge has progressed from Technical Support Specialist to Production Manager, Chief Production Officer, and currently serves as a Senior E-commerce Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member and treasurer for the Norwegian Drupal Association from November 2016 to October 2019, and working as a consultant in extraordinary customer cases at Transcom Norway from August 2006 to August 2010, focusing on complex issues related to ADSL and Broadband Phone services for Tele2 Norway. Jan-Helge holds a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration from Østfold University College, completed in 2006.
