Summer Oliver has a diverse range of work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Protocol Data Manager II - Level I at Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, Inc. (FSTRF), and in 2022, they were promoted to the role of Protocol Data Manager II - Level II.

From 2019 to 2020, Summer worked as a Senior Research Support Specialist at The Research Foundation for SUNY. Summer'sresponsibilities included clinical research assistance, data collection and management, data analysis, and protocol writing for an internal study.

Prior to that, they worked as a Resident Counselor at Transitional Services, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, providing support to individuals with serious mental health issues in a group home setting. Summer also served as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center from 2018 to 2019, assisting with ongoing research by extracting data from patient files.

In 2017, Summer worked as a Home Health Aide at WNY Independent Living Inc., where they assisted individuals with physical disabilities in daily living skills. Summer also gained experience as a Press Assistant at MOD-PAC Corp in 2014, where they managed the flow of stock between departments in the printing department.

Summer started their career in the shipping and logistics industry, working at CSM Bakery Products from 2012 to 2014 as a Shipper/Order picker and at Sti-Co Industries in 2011 as a Shipper/Receiver. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Kuehne + Nagel, Inc / Iovate Health Sciences as a Shipping Lead/Receiving.

Summer Oliver obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honors) degree in Psychology from Buffalo State University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Erie Community College from 2009 to 2012, earning an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice / Crime Scene Technology, as well as a Certification in Crime Scene Technology. Summer also pursued their interest in Photography and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Villa Maria College in 1998-1999. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications including "Complete Introduction to Excel Power Query" from Udemy in July 2021 and "Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel" from Coursera in June 2021.
