Shailaja Bitla is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Regional Human Resource at Frontier Business Systems Pvt. Ltd. since December 2024. Prior to this role, Shailaja worked at PetaBytz Technologies Inc. as Lead HR & Talent Acquisition from September 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included HR policies, onboarding and offboarding, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
