Jeff Thomas has over two decades of leadership experience in the mental health sector, currently serving as the CEO of Frontier Behavioral Health since July 2012. Prior to this role, Jeff Thomas was the Associate Director at Spokane Mental Health from April 2011 to June 2012 and the Executive Director at Family Service Spokane from September 1997 to April 2011. Jeff Thomas holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Pacific, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Eastern Washington University, and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Journalism from Whitworth University.
