John Williams has over 25 years of experience in the field of PDK CAD engineering. John is currently working at Frontgrade Technologies as a PDK CAD Engineer IV, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CAES from January 2015 to March 2023, where they held the role of PDK CAD Engineer. From October 1999 to June 2014, they worked at Atmel Corporation as a Principal PDK/CAD Engineer. Before that, they were a Senior CAD Engineer at Ramtron from January 1998 to October 1999. John's career in CAD engineering started at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a CAD Engineer from March 1996 to January 1998.

John Williams completed their education by earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. John attended this institution from 2023 to 2027. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
